TERMS & CONDITIONS
VENUE RADIUS
• This package is designed for venues within an 80-mile radius roundtrip of Classy Sistas travel to ensure full-service delivery, setup, and flawless execution. Additional travel may incur a fee.
RETAINER & PAYMENT TERMS
• A $2,500 non-refundable retainer is required to secure your wedding date.
• Remaining balance is due per agreed payment plan prior to the event date.
• Payment plans are available and detailed in the signed contract.
• Additional guests, tables, or linens may require an add-on investment.
FLORAL & DECOR AVAILABILITY
• Floral designs are based on seasonal availability; substitutions may be necessary.
• Centerpieces, statement arrangements, and décor are scaled according to package specifications.
• Optional add-ons (life-size photos, acrylic signage, lounge installations, draping, additional florals) are not included in base package pricing.
SETUP & STIKE TERMS
• All setup, installation, and breakdown are included for one decorated venue (indoor, outdoor, or dual setting).
• Extended setup or late-night strike may incur additional fees.
CUSTOMIZATION
• Couples may select napkin colors to match their wedding palette.
• All other décor elements may be customized based on availability and package limits.
LIABILITY & INSURANCE
• Clients are responsible for any venue restrictions or damages beyond the scope of standard package services.
• Classy Sistas maintains liability coverage for staff and décor handling.
CANCELLATION & CHANGES
• Retainer is non-refundable.
• Any changes to package scope, guest count, or date must be confirmed in writing and approved by Classy Sistas Events.
• Additional fees may apply for modifications after the contract is signed.
